NOTE: Bordered backgrounds require a single cell table that is RIGHT justified. Most of my backgrounds use a 75 to 86% table cell, depending on the width of the border; but some might be larger and some smaller. The table should have no padding, no cell spacing, and no border. <div ALIGN=right><table BORDER=0 COLS=1 WIDTH="83%" > Before doing anything to a page, create a table that is right justified. Next, put EVERYTHING that is going on that page inside the table. This way, nothing crosses over your left border line. You then "left", "center" and "right" justify your text and graphics within the table.
